Who we are
For over 50 years, Eagles Plumbing Plus has been supplying the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter region and Mid-North Eastern Seaboard of NSW with all their bathroom and kitchen needs. We are the largest locally owned and operated independent plumbing supplies company which is growing and as such we are always looking for energetic hard workers to join our team.

Experts in their fields
Our trained staff are experts in their fields. Eagles Plumbing Plus trade counter staff can help with plumbing supplies, hot water systems, and anything for a bathroom/kitchen renovation or new build. Eagles Plumbing Plus showroom consultants are highly knowledgeable and experienced in everything our showrooms have to offer.
Training
Sound daunting? It’s not. We provide on the job training for every staff member, from driver to store manager. This training and guidance enables people to grow within our company. Through the right leadership, we encourage progression and support long-term career development within Eagles Plumbing Plus. Development Program
We have an Eagles Plumbing Plus Development Program that is designed to involve progressions through our Delivery, Warehousing, Trade Sales and Management teams within a 5-year period. Progressions are designed to give employees broad experience and hands-on knowledge of our industry while introducing them to all aspects of our business.
Our development program is designed for an employee to start at the operational level as a delivery driver and work through a structured plan to become a leading manager. This development integrates on-the-job learning and experience, with support coming in different forms; from mentoring and coaching, to resources and experts across the business. We make sure we give everyone the tools they need to be their best.
