Delivery Policy

Pickup / Delivery Overview

Local area delivery: In certain areas around the Central Coast, Hornsby/Nth Sydney, Newcastle, The Hunter and Lismore and North Coast, Eagles Plumbing Plus can arrange one of our local branches to deliver direct to you .

To check whether we deliver direct to your location you can enter your Postcode at the order confirmation page and a delivery fee will be calculated, the price will be displayed on the order confirmation page once you have selected ‘local delivery’ and entered your Postcode or Suburb.

An Eagles customer service representative will then contact you and co-ordinate the delivery and schedule a date and time frame with you.

Pick Up: EaglesPlumbing.com.au also offers you the option to pick up from one of our 9 stores across the Central Coast, Newcastle & Lismore (See our locations page for your nearest store). Eagles Plumbing will co-ordinate all of the products to be available for pick-up at your selected branch and will advise you as soon as ALL products ordered have arrived, ready for one full pick up.

Pick up times are week days between 7.30am and 5pm.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to Central Coast, NSW / Newcastle, NSW / Hunter Valley, NSW/ Northern Sydney NSW and Lismore and surrounding suburbs.. If you are not in our delivery area, you can contact customer service on PH: (02) 4324 6363 or email on customerservice@eaglesplumbing.com.au

If you are not eligible for our local delivery service, an Eagles Plumbing Plus customer service representative will contact you to discuss the best freight options for your order, and supply a quote your delivery. Small items will be delivered by Australia Post and delivery of these items is not limited by our delivery areas.

Can you request a Delivery time or date?

You may request a date for delivery with our customer service team and we will do our best to arrange delivery on that date. Due to our high volume of deliveries it is not possible to request specific times. For your convenience we can also give an estimated time for the delivery (usually a 2 hour window). On the day the driver will contact you when they are approximately 1/2 hour away. We will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as close to the scheduled time as possible.

Change of delivery details

If you need to change a delivery date or the delivery address, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

What happens if you are not home to accept delivery?

If we find that on the designated day and time, the delivery address is unattended, our drivers will leave a notice in your letterbox or under your front door advising you of our Customer Service contact details. No goods will be delivered to an unattended site.

Our Customer Service Team will contact you to arrange another delivery time, however you will be charged a delivery fee for each additional attempt for delivery. However, if we cannot deliver your full order at the time agreed you will not be charged for additional deliveries.

Smaller products delivered by Australia Post or other couriers will be re-directed to the nearest Australia Post Office courier depot. A collection notice will be left in your letterbox or under your front door to contact the respective delivery party. If you have any questions regarding delivery please contact our customer service team.

Availability

Depending on availability, we may deliver your product from our local warehouse or our bulk distribution warehouse.

Certain items are made to order or not kept in stock at our warehouses, in which case Eagles Plumbing Plus will place an order with the supplier and then advise you of the lead time in most product categories the lead time is 3-5 working days, however some items such as custom vanities or spa baths can be up to 14 working days.

If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will immediately advise you by phone or contact you using the details you provided at the checkout process. With your confirmation we will amend, cancel or put the product ordered on backorder but only as agreed with you.

If you choose to put your order on backorder, we will contact you to arrange for delivery once the product is available. No additional delivery charged will be applicable.
